WOO HOO!!! It's Saturday! Lots to do today!
Here’s a quick chopped salad to enjoy this weekend! As always.... DO Organic as much as possible!
In food processor chop the following:
red cabbage
white cabbage
orange bell
celery
cukes
carrots
fresh garlic
Spoon this into a large bowl and fold in:
broccoli (raw or lightly steamed)
fresh raw corn cut off the cob
mandarin oranges canned in own juice
steamed brown rice
Sprinkle over the top:
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
Serve with favorite dressing on the side!

I know this looks like a salad for 4, but this is what my salads look like.... 2 lbs of raw, all in that bowl!!! YUMMO!!!
