Another week... another Saturday! YAY!!!
I've got lots to do today. Hope we all can stop, take some down time and have FUN on this Saturday!

Do you want to "look" thinner and be taller? It's simple... just correct your posture!
Do what your momma always said..."stand up straight!" Pull your shoulders back and squeeze your scapula (shoulder blades) together. Suck in that gut and voilĂ ... you look thinner and you ARE taller.
As we age and start to hump over... we can lose as much as 1/2 to 1 inch of our height!
So stand up tall.. be proud and be kinder to your spine!
